3. Appointments and Booking

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for the performance of services, including access to bookkeeping records, financial documents, and, where applicable, read-only API connections for cryptocurrency exchange and wallet tracking. Omnijax Accounting is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at www.omnijax.co/book-online, you agree to receive text messages from Omnijax Accounting related to customer care, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and responses to your account questions.
• Program name: Omnijax Accounting customer care text messaging.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
